Cocoonr agency offers this charming 70 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool in Belfort-du-Quercy to rent for up to 4 people. It comprises a 40 m² living room with fireplace, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 6,000 m² partially fenced garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! This house is composed as follows: Ground floor: - A 40 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, dining area, two sofas and fireplace with wood burner. - A fully-equipped air-conditioned kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette and fondue machine, etc. - Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190) - A shower room (with shower and WC) First floor: Part under renovation, not accessible. For even greater comfort, the following additional facilities are available: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron, reversible air conditioning. Outside: - An 8x4 m swimming pool (secure, private, unheated) open from the 1st Saturday in June to the last Saturday in September. - 6,000 m² partially enclosed garden (2,000 m² of which is wooded) - A 27 m² north/west-facing terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture and games to make the most of the fine weather (deckchairs, pool lounge, parasol, water and outdoor games, etc.). Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - The fireplace is functional and wood is provided free of charge. - The property is equipped with a security camera located outside. It films the entrance to the gate as well as the entrance to the house. You'll find a bar-restaurant serving bread in Belfort-du-Quercy and more shops in Lalbenque, less than 15 minutes' drive away, for all the essentials (supermarket, truffle markets, bakery, restaurants, shops, etc.) or Caussade, less than 20 minutes' drive away.
