Bonjour Je suis de Saint Malo et je me déplace régulièrement via les plates-formes de location. C'est un mode d'hébergement que j'affectionne. et j'aime accueillir à mon tour les voyageurs pour échanger et leur faire découvrir ma région.

Beau studio entièrement rénové au dernier étage d’un immeuble du 16ème siècle. Entièrement équipé et décoré avec soin. Le charme de la pierre bretonne et du chêne, matériaux traditionnels époque vous transporterons dans un univers apaisant. L’appartement vous offre un coin cuisine équipée et se prolonge vers la cheminée qui à été repensée pour créer un espace repas original. Le coin salon vous apporte l’espace détente très apprécié après une journée de visite. Lit 140/190cm et douche 90/90cm.

Neighborhood info

Entre la place Saint Sauveur et la rue de l'Horloge venez profiter de cet écrin de charme et de quiétude. A 200m de la Rue de Jerzual, et à 100m de la Tour de l'Horloge, profitez des toutes les boutiques alentours et des commerces de proximité. Bars et restaurants à quelques pas , la voiture n'est pas nécessaire, tout est à moins de 500m. découvrez la Cathédrale saint Sauveur et derrière celle-ci le magnifique jardin anglais qui surplombe le port de Dinan et le viaduc. Ne ratez pas cette vue imprenable sur le port. Profitez du bus Gratuit qui dessert le centre ville de Dinan. Vous pourrez stationner sur le parking payant Saint Sauveur à 20m de l'appartement. Ou un peu plus loin dans la rue Waldeck Rousseau les stationnements sont gratuits mais peu nombreux.
