New 2024! Large apartment of 93m² with balcony in a 2012 residence. Large friendly living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, large bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. All the furniture is from 2024. For a long stay (from 7 nights), a bottle of Veuve Clicquot champagne is offered. Ideal to rest after a day traveling Paris in a spacious apartment with beautiful benefits. It consists of the following: ### A large living room with two spaces: - a sitting area with 2 large 3-seater sofas, a coffee table, a 40-inch TV with Netflix. - a dining area consisting of a large table for 6 people overlooking a private outdoor access. The balcony is ideal for sunbathing while enjoying a glass of champagne. ### A large kitchen with a hob, a host, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer The kitchen is open to the living room via a bar. ### A first bedroom with a queen size bed (160cm), two night tables, two bedside lamps, a large wardrobe. Electric shutter and triple glazed window ensure a very restful night. ### A second bedroom with a double bed (140cm), two night tables, two bedside lamps, a large wardrobe.
