Maison récente construction de 2021. Jardin arboré de 1500m2. Chambre avec parquet, vue sur la vigne. A 3 km du centre ville de Bergerac, situation idéale pour visiter le Périgord ou simplement faire une halte avant de reprendre la route.
Après 35 années de vie en région parisienne, à la retraite nous avons choisis de nous établir en Dordogne où il fait bon vivre. Nous aimons les choses simples, Jardinage,promenade dans la campagne, vélo pour Patrice et moi je m'exerce à l'aquarelle. Nous aimons beaucoup converser avec nos hôtes et faire de belles rencontres.
Environnement campagne, donc au calme.
