The barge is ideally located: a 5-minute walk from the center of Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, 15 minutes from the center of Avignon, and less than an hour from many major tourist attractions.
The houseboat can accommodate 4 people and offers six distinct living spaces within its 492 ft²:
• 1 master bedroom of 56 ft² (two bedding configurations: 1 king-size bed OR 2 single beds) with its own small en-suite shower room and separate toilet
• 1 secondary bedroom of 30 ft² with its own private bathroom (shower and bathtub)
• 1 fully equipped kitchen of 66 ft² (oven, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle)
• 1 living room of 66 ft² with a FOCUS fireplace
• 1 central room of 66 ft² (entrance and workspace)
• 1 terrace of 66 ft² with a swimming pool (4 x 6.6 ft) and a sun deck
