Into this 20m2 studio, refurbished with love this winter (old photos, new kitchen), you are quiet and autonomous to spend the week without worries. The building is only one floor and a common garden is available. The surrounding buildings are equivalent and make up the residence of the Sauvagine, surrounded by forest. ⚠ Sunday to Sunday booking Having an activity in Bordeaux, I am only available on Sundays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., time that I use to clean the apartment and welcome the tenants. So I only check in and out on Sundays and the studio is available from 4 p.m. I therefore offer weekly rental only. Housing Regarding the renovation, the loggia will disappear for this summer and I hope I will be able to add some balconies but the administrative procedure is very long and we think we won’t make it for this summer.
You can go to Maubuisson on foot (500 m) where you have restaurants, shops, water activities, beach... The ocean is 5 km away, accessible by bike so. Lacanau Océan, center of surf and party is 14 km away.
