Small stone house of about 42 m2 "all mignonette" with kitchen open on living space, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with bed 160 cm + 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 cm, communicating rooms), bathroom with shower and washing machine, independent toilets, courtyard with its table and its chairs of garden. Notice that Bedrooms are upstairs and toilets downstairs, which can be a problem for some people. Stairs are a bit steeps. Board games and books are at your disposal. No WIFI access. We have some forty DVDs for young and old for you to watch on site. Unfortunately, TV channels are not available. In the heart of Pléneuf-Val-André, the house is located at 100 m from the market place and the shops (supermarket, restaurants...). The parking is easy and free near the house. The market place is accessible by foot in about 20 minutes (1.5 km) or by the free shuttle provided by the town hall (July-August). We do not provide household linen (towels, sheets, tea towels, shower mats not provided). The cleaning is to be done directly by the tenants at their departure.

Our little house is above all a place where you feel good. The house is nicely decorated and designed so that the spaces are optimized for a pleasant stay. The bedding is of high quality for a relaxing stay. Games, books, DVDs and tourist brochures are left at your disposal to enhance your stay.

The house is located in the village of Pleneuf, which makes it both a dynamic place for the first necessity shops. Parking is easy (which is not necessarily the case near the beaches) and the beaches are easily accessible on foot or via the local shuttle. Nearby, large magnificent beaches, very pleasant hikes (on the GR 24 or others), the famous cliffs of Erquy, a thalasso, a golf course ... and a little farther Saint Malo, the Mont Saint Michel the pink granite coast, Rennes ...
