Room with a view in a bright and peaceful 120 m² house in Pringy, featuring a garden and a south-facing terrace. Guests have access to one shared bathroom and two shared toilets. The property offers mountain views, is fully equipped, and includes one parking space. Located just 10 minutes from Annecy and Lake Annecy (by car or by bike via dedicated cycle paths), and 45 minutes from La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand. Shops, the train station, bus stops, and a bike-sharing station are all nearby. A regular bicycle is available for guests to use. A true haven of peace at the gateway to Annecy, ideally located on the Annecy–Geneva route. Secure storage is available for bicycles.
