This ideally located flat has its own private parking space at your disposal. There is also a large free public car park right next to the flat. Its calmness and its direct view on the lake will bring you all the energy you came to recharge during your holidays. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but close enough not to miss anything, you will be able to enjoy the best that our region has to offer, its nature. You will be at : - 3 km from the beach of Angon, its waterfall and its hiking trails, - 4 km from the bay of Taloire and the Roc de Chère nature reserve, - 6 km from the Col de la Forclaz where you can watch the paragliders take off while having a drink with what is undoubtedly the most beautiful view of Lake Annecy in the background. - 15 km from the Semnoz resort, - 25 km from the resort of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand. In this recently renovated and fully equipped flat you can relax and recharge your batteries. Its superb view of the lake and its mountains will offer you splendid sunsets wherever you are in the flat. Happiness will accompany you to your bed where you will be able to appreciate all the benefits of a professional quality bedding which, I am sure, will make you forget all your little troubles. This flat is managed by a concierge company "Likeyourbed" who will be happy to assist you during your stay.
