For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, except for the kitchen and dishes.
For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as an option, after booking, from the Vacancéole Client Area.
Pets are allowed (1 max./accommodation) with supplement (12€ / day and 65€ / week). The option can be added after booking from the Vacancéole Customer Area.
For group bookings (from 5 units) specific group conditions apply: prepayment of the total amount when booking and free cancellation possible until D-42. Please contact us.
Photo identification and a credit card will be requested upon check-in.
A bank statement of €300 is requested upon arrival, as a deposit, then collected after the stay provided that the accommodation is returned in good condition (inventory check compliant).
Every bather must wear a swimsuit (traditional swimming trunks, one- or two-piece swimsuit). For reasons of hygiene, long suits, swim shorts, and more generally all loose clothing are prohibited. The pool area is forbidden to people dressed in anything other than the above-mentioned swimsuits.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Vacancéole - Résidence de L'Océan of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
