The fine print
In case of late arrival (outside reception opening hours), please inform the residence reception, whose contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. You may also indicate this information in the “Special Requests” section in addition to calling them.
For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is also included, except for the kitchen and dishes.
For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as optional extras after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.
Pets are allowed (1 maximum per accommodation) with an additional fee (€12/day or €65/week). This option can also be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.
For group bookings (from 5 accommodations), specific group conditions apply: full prepayment is required at the time of booking, and free cancellation is available up to 42 days before arrival. Please contact us for further information.
A valid photo ID and a credit card will be required at check-in.
A €300 security deposit will be requested upon arrival as a bank hold and will be released after departure, subject to the accommodation being returned in good condition (satisfactory inventory check).

A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
