The reception is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. On Saturdays, the hours are 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00. The reception is closed all day on Wednesdays. As opening hours are subject to change, guests are advised to contact the residence before arrival to confirm. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please inform the property in advance using the contact details provided on your booking confirmation.

Rates include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen (one large and one small towel), and household linen (a kitchen towel and bath mat). A cleaning kit and end-of-stay cleaning are also included, with the exception of the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guest. Standard TV and basic WiFi access are provided, though please note that basic WiFi is limited and unlimited access is available at an additional cost. All taxes and fees are included, excluding the local tourist tax.

For long stays of more than one week, arrivals are possible from 17:00 and departures must be before 10:00. For an additional fee per person, beds can be made upon arrival. After booking, guests may request a specific accommodation location by contacting the residence directly; these preferences are subject to availability and incur an additional fee.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival. For any invoice requests, the name used will be the one stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the stay is not paid within the timeframe indicated in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification to the booking may also incur additional charges. To save time during check-in, we recommend completing your registration via your Pierre & Vacances customer account in advance.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
