In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the self-check-in.

A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals after check-in hours, and a surcharge of EUR 20 applies for early check-in.

Guests are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their key collection.

Quiet hours are between 20:00:00 and 09:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 150 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
