Guests appreciate - the proximity, speed and ease of access to the slopes of Avoriaz and Morzine thanks to the free shuttles at the foot of the residence -quick access on foot or by shuttle to Lake Montriond -The many walks and mountain bike rides nearby -the proximity of the village centre of Montriond with its shops and restaurants -Close proximity to Morzine's shops, bars and restaurants, either on foot, in the Parc des Déreches or by shuttle bus. -The peace and quiet of the area
