On the mezzanine, a small living room with TV area, library and necessary for meals (kettle and microwave as well as crockery base), a child's bed of 0.80x1.80 m. 1 bedroom 1 bed 1.60x2.00 m with private bathroom (shower) and separate private toilets. Cot on request. Wifi internet access. Living-dining room for breakfasts. Parking on the street, courtyard at the front and garden at the back, garden furniture, deckchairs. Small animals on request. Possibility to transfer hikers' luggage. "Balade Bike" bike rental company nearby in Binic-Etables-sur-Mer. DEGRESSIVE PRICES FROM THE 2ND NIGHT (150 for 2 nights, 210 for 3 nights, ...).
