Situated at one of the most beautiful spots of France, lies our Domaine L'Oiseau Bleu which means Bleu Bird. For many years we had the greatest holidays at the Cote D'azur and dreamed of our own house to feel really at home. With L'Oiseau Bleu our dream came through. Not only the place is magnificant but also the house has a great atmosphere and makes you feel at home immediately. With my love for styling & decoration, I enjoyed it so much to give the house & garden that extra touch and all luxury and comfort you need. ​ My husband, chef Caspar Burgi, worked for many years as a television chef in the Netherlands and runs is catering Company Hotkitchen in France and the Netherlands. He doesn't do anything rather than preparing the most delicious dishes for you with local products and tell everything about it. But also when going out we are happy to share our secret hide aways for dining, site seeing, shopping and relaxing. ​ We hope to welcome you soon to spend an amazing holiday!
