Located on the heights of Les Issambres, this villa has a breathtaking view of Saint Tropez and its bay (which can be admired from the bedrooms, the living room, the terrace and the swimming pool). Always sunny, with its southern exposure, this villa is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac. 8 people can sleep in this 160 m2 villa which has 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom or shower room (Ground floor: 1 bedroom bed 160X200 with its bathroom and WC, 1 bedroom with pull-out bed 2 beds 90X200 with its own bathroom. Floor: 1 bedroom with 160X200 bed with its bathroom and WC, 1 bedroom 2 beds 90X200 and its bathroom with WC). With its open kitchen (aesthetic, well equipped and very functional), the living / dining room of 90 m2 opens, through a huge bay window with brick partition, onto the terrace overlooking the bay of Saint Tropez. Since barbecues are now banned in the region to avoid the risk of fire, you will enjoy a superb plancha (much better for your health!) The 100 m2 terrace overlooks the private swimming pool of 11x5 meters (min depth: 1 meter and max depth: 2.5 meters). Slightly below the terrace, the swimming pool, with internal steps, is cleaned weekly and secured by a door and is heated from the beginning of April to mid November (optional, see price below).

On its teak beach, 6 sun loungers allow you to enjoy the unique sea view. A straw hut allows you to rest in the shade all day long and to fully enjoy the early evening with a drink. In the wooded garden (olive trees, lemon trees, orange trees, palm trees, pines…), you can play boules on the pétanque ground and children can play in a cabin in the shade of a cork oak tree. To relax, the villa has: - a 5-seater jacuzzi with sea view (works all year round). The jacuzzi is cleaned and maintained weekly by a professional. The water is changed for each new tenant. - an outdoor sauna (works all year round). The sauna has 7 colored lights for chromotherapy as well as a radio and MP3 player for listening to music. - Ping-pong table

This unique villa is located 5 minutes drive from the beaches (public and private) and shops (3.5 kms). Located on the heights of Issambres, the car is essential. Many services are included: TV, Wifi, sun loungers, dishwasher, oven, microwave, nespresso machine, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, 2 fridges, vacuum cleaner, fireplace in the living room, air conditioning. From the villa you can easily visit the beautiful towns of the region: Sainte Maxime, Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Ramatuelle, the beaches of Pampelone. You can also visit Saint Tropez by taking advantage of the river shuttles that leave from the port of San Peire (5 minutes by car) and cross the bay in 20 minutes.
