Hello, our two apartments are located in the same villa, on the heights of Porticcio. One is on the ground floor, the other upstairs, each with private access. There is an external staircase to get to the lower apartment from the Allée des Pinsons (30 steps, so not recommended for people with walking difficulties). For the upper apartment, access is via a private road, (a few steps then a quiet and shaded path of 50m) without crossing the tenants downstairs (here again not recommended for tenants with difficulty moving). On the other hand, the fact of going up gives a MAGNIFICENT VIEW OF THE GULF OF AJACCIO from the terraces! (we get nothing for nothing! ;-)) The swimming pools are free, accessible by giving the name of the owner. They are located 15 minutes walk (or 3 minutes by car) from the two apartments. The nearest beach is 15 minutes away on foot or 2 minutes by car. Start walking trail near the house.
We are individuals who do our best, in complete transparency, to satisfy our tenants, in a good atmosphere and cordial understanding. We will do everything we can to make your stay enjoyable. Check-in is usually between 16:00 and 20:00. IMPORTANT: Access to the lower apartment is via an external staircase from the Allée des Pinsons (30 steps, therefore not recommended for people with walking difficulties) Towels and bed linen are not included in the price. You can bring your own or rent your own for the following additional fee: Double bed: 20 EUR / Towel: 10 EUR The accommodation must be made perfectly clean inside/outside or take the cleaning option 80 euros.
The area is a very quiet residential area, very pleasant, in complete safety. No private parking space but possibility to park at the foot of the stairs or all along the alley of the finches.
