Very quiet résidence mainly inhabited by people who live there all year long. 10 minutes to the long sandy beaches by bus or 5 minutes by car. 10 minutes to the city centre by foot (which is good because parking is a mess). Adapted to customers with a pacemaker due to vitroceramic cooking plate. Not adapted for customers with reduced mobility. Living in Germany and not being able to do the management myself, the local manager Myriam is a very charming and conscientious local contact. If there is anything please just let her know and she will contact me if necessary.
Welcome to this very calm spot of the town - between city centre and the beaches - the lower Mont Saint Clair.
