Charming loft workshop completely renovated in 2025, quiet, on the 2nd floor of a building on courtyard (no elevator), for 2 to 6 people at the bottom of the butte Montmartre. Beautiful brightness and beautiful height under ceiling. It consists of a main room with equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate wc, a dining table for 6 people, wardrobe 1 very comfortable pull-out sofa bed 160 * 200, 1 single bed and 1 bunk single bed. A canopy with an obscuring system separates the room which has an open bathroom. The kitchen is fully equiped. Towels and sheets provided. TV connected (wifi). Neighbors are arty nice people, there is a great mood,a yoga class in the rear building. Very fresh in summer but there are fan in case. The location is ideal to radiate in the neighborhood. It is at the bottom of the Montmartre. Unlike the apartments located in the buildings on the butte, you will not have to gallop on the endless stairs to get there.
Special protocol: Check-in is autonomous. We have increased the cleaning time by 50% in order to disinfect the apartment as much as possible. The household linen are cleaned at 90 ° C. We are a couple of youg parents working in bank industry. We designed this loft in 2017, refurbished in 2025 and are very proud of it. We were born in Paris and know perfectly the city. We will be pleased to give you any advice and help you wih the flat and/or the city if you ask for it. But as we expect from hour host when we travel, we won't be intrusive at all. Our home is 5 min away in case.
Ideally located in the heart of the classy district of the 18th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk takes you to the tourist districts of Montmartre and the Abbesses. a lot of nice bar and restaurant around (no tourist trap). excellent brunch and breakfast very close... Walking distance: 5 min: Montmartre, Abesses 10 min: Pigalle, Moulin rouge 20 min : Galeries Lafayette / Marché aux puces de St Ouen
