During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Filter Coffee Machine, TV, Wifi. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The accommodation is located: - 15 minutes by car from the Cité du Vin, - 18 minutes from the Place de la Bourse, - and 23 minutes from the city centre. There are various bars, restaurants and shops nearby. For your everyday shopping, you will find a "Carrefour" supermarket just a 13-minute walk away. We look forward to seeing you! ## Emplacement The Bastide district is a former industrial district that knows an economic renewal thanks to various developments. Facing the Garonne and the Stock Exchange Place, you will discover the former Orléans station, which now houses a large cinema. Nearby the European University of Management and a few steps away the Riversides Park and the Botanical Garden offer a large green space. This new walking area offers a view of the Tourny facade built along the quays on the left bank. The Bastide is also characterized by its architectural charm, in particular with the bell tower of the church of Sainte Marie of the Bastide and the Cantonal House, an architectural work from the 1930s.
