You will particularly appreciate its brightness, the quietness of the bedrooms, and its terrace. Very pleasant to live in, by the canal, the apartment is close to the Parc des Buttes Chaumont (15 minutes walk), La Villette parc, overlooking Paris Plage, with numerous summer activities for children. Small cafes, refreshment stands, and restaurants line the canal. Metro lines 7, 2, and 5 provide access to the center of Paris in less than 15 minutes.
