Idéalement situé dans une immeuble neuf à Issy-les-Moulineaux, au coeur de l' eco-quartier. L'appartement est meublé avec du matériel design. Il est idéal pour un voyage d'affaire (proximité de sièges d'entreprise) ou pour visiter Paris (proximité RER C, tram et métro à 15 minutes pour la Tour Eiffel). Une place de parking au sous-sol est disponible gratuitement. L'appartement dispose d'un canapé convertible et confortable: 2 personnes peuvent y dormir. Un sur-matelas est également fourni.
- Commerces: Intermarché, boulangerie, pharmacie à 2min à pied. - Restaurants: plusieurs restaurants sont dans le quartier (Français, Italien, Japonais, Libanais...) - Siège social d'entreprise: en face du siège du Groupe Rocher et Coca Cola. A 5 minutes à pied de Capgemini, Bnp Paribas Real Estate, France 24, Huawei… - Parc: Ile Saint Germain, idéal pour se balader ou faire du sport. - Tram 2, arrêt jacques-Henri-Lartigues (porte de Versailles, la Défense, Balard .etc. ), à 2 min à pied; - RER C (Javel, Tour Eiffel, pont d'Alma, Saint Michel .etc) à 10min à pied Métro ligne 8 et 12 - Bus (123 et 126) pour aller à Marcel Sembat (métro ligne 9).
