Welcome to our fully renovated 3★ studio, officially classified as a furnished tourist accommodation, ideally located opposite the Grand Plage of Arcachon and just 100 meters from the Thiers Pier. Situated on the ground floor of a small, quiet residence, the studio offers a comfortable and functional space. The accommodation includes: • Bright living area with dining space and lounge, a double sofa bed (140 cm), a convertible sofa bed (140 cm), and television • Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, WC, and washing machine • Furnished terrace with table and 4 chairs to enjoy the outdoors The studio also offers fiber-optic Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work. A private parking space within the residence is included (steep access ramp).
Hello! My name is Valérie, and I have the pleasure of taking care of this studio. I will be available before and during your stay to answer any questions and share my favorite spots around Arcachon Bay, so you can enjoy them to the fullest. It will be a real pleasure to welcome you!
The studio is ideally located on the edge of the Grand Plage of Arcachon. Even without a direct view of the Bay, the beach is just across the street, allowing you to fully enjoy the sand and seaside walks. The city center is only a few minutes on foot, with its daily market, shops, and restaurants. Arcachon train station is just a 10-minute walk away, and several bike rental options and regular buses make it easy to reach must-see sites such as the Dune du Pilat. Also within walking distance: the Parc Mauresque, the Ville d’Hiver with its historic villas, and the port of Arcachon, perfect for strolling and soaking up the unique atmosphere of the Bay.
