“Très bien placé pour ce que j'avais à faire à Brest au lycée Kerichen. Une trentaine de minutes pour aller au port (c'est largement en descente). Le studio est très fonctionnel. J'ai pu dormir sous la canicule en aérant tôt matin les deux fenêtres.”

Perfect for a tourist or business stay, this light and modern-coloured accommodation offers a simple and uncluttered décor, giving a light and relaxing atmosphere. Benefits: - tram at 400m (3min). - Supermarket at 300m. - Train station at 15min. - Autonomous entry thanks to a key box. - 50 free parking spaces on the street. - 500 free parking spaces at 150m (Kerfautras car park). The whole apartment is harmonious and warm, perfectly arranged: The bathroom has an Italian shower, the kitchen is new and functional, the living area is cozy and the bed spacious. You have a wardrobe. A retractable desk can easily be used as a workspace.
I live and work in Brest, for more practicality and ease of management, the arrival is autonomous. The entrance to the building is by a digicode and the key to the apartment is in a key box, just on the landing of the apartment. Of course, I would send you the necessary codes by SMS before you arrived. I am reachable by phone for any questions, I live 5 minutes from the accommodation if you need help or advice.
The Saint-Martin district is a must-see in the city of Brest! It is right in the city centre, however the building is not on a busy street, so you won't be bothered by the noise. Saint-Martin is the atmosphere, the iconic bars, the good restaurants, the Place Guérin and its counterculture. Art galleries (Passerelle) and craft breweries (L'Urbaine) are located there. Saint-Martin is the soul of Brest.
