Recently renovated, it make no doubt that it will seduce you with : - its pleasant Scandinavian decoration - its high speed WIFI connection - its fully equipped kitchen with real oven, 3 burner induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, glasses for wine and for champagne, raclette machine, complete dishes, tea / coffee / sugar / salt / pepper / olive oil to your disposal - its modern bathroom with a beautiful shower with glass door, soap and shampoo dispenser, towel dryer, hair dryer, towels - its living room corner with flatscreen 32' TV with free access to Netflix and other online TV and streaming apps - its sleeping area that could be intimately separated from the rest of the flat with opaque curtains - its south facing balcony The flat is totally private and situated on the 3rd floor of a building that is ideally located in a calm street in the very center of Evian, extremely close to the shops, Evian thermes, the CGN jetty and the well-know Source Cachat.
