Just 5 minutes from the port of La Seyne-sur-Mer and the lively Sablettes district, enjoy a fully-equipped 25m² apartment with balcony, including a sleeping area for 2 people and a double sofa bed. Discover the many water sports activities, nature walks, restaurants, bars, beaches and much more close to the residence in which the apartment is located. The apartment is a brand-new, fully-renovated 25m² studio with bathroom, large dressing room, sleeping area with double bed, fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kitchen utensils, storage...), sofa bed for 2, small dining area and balcony with outdoor furniture. Located in a quiet residence, you have access to a private swimming pool reserved entirely for the residence's tenants. A short walk from the apartment takes you directly to the small fishing port of Tamaris, close to the beaches of Les Sablettes. Local shops are also within walking distance. The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for the residence's tenants, and is open only from June to September.

As a native of La Seyne-sur-Mer, I'll be delighted to give you all the information you need to make the most of your stay. As soon as you arrive, you'll find a binder containing all the information you need for your stay, such as local walks, restaurants and bars, beaches, public transport, as well as information about the apartment and how it works (wifi code, use of washing machine, dishwasher...). The area is very well served by public transport, including the shuttle boat to the port of Toulon, and various buses to the Sablettes district, the city center and port of La Seyne-sur-Mer, the town of Sanary-sur-Mer and Toulon. The bus stop is located in front of the residence, a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

The Tamaris district was a real “coup de coeur”. This upmarket seaside resort has had “Sites patrimoniaux remarquables” under an Aire de Valorisation de l'Architecture et du patrimoine (AVAP) since 2016. It's famous for its large corniche, where you can stroll along the small fishing port and the small Tamaris beaches, which lead directly to the Sablettes district. This district is very lively in season, with its night market, children's amusement park and long white sandy beaches. A 15-minute drive also takes you to the port of Sanary-sur-Mer, famous for its typical market, voted Most Beautiful Market in France in 2018.
