Stunning luxury studio in a perfect location in the heart of the city. Very bright and quiet, only 300 meters away from Lake of Annecy, 5 minutes walk to the old town or just 10 minutes walk to the train station. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops are just a step away! Studio Urban Chic Annecy is on the 2nd floor of a building with lift and it has nice views to private gardens. The studio is furnished and equipped with all the comfort needed to relax and enjoy Annecy. Wifi Internet is available free of charge. Well appointed kitchenette with mini-oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. Living area with a 42 inch LED TV with plenty of French and multinational channels. All linen and towels are provided. Modern bathroom featuring a rain shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.. Baby cot available on request.
Annecy is only 40 minutes drive from Geneva airport. 40 minutes from ski resorts in the Massif des Aravis (La Clusaz/Grand-Bornand), 1h from Chamonix or 1h 20 minutes from Megève.
