Sunny fully-furnished guest annex in 18th arrondissement available for rent short-term (min stay 7) or medium-term (upto 6 months). Ideal for a couple.

I love travelling, literature, horse-riding (dressage) and gastronomy ... I'm English mother tongue, fluent in French, currently learning Italian and I can say a few words in Cantonese and German. If you choose to stay in my apartment, I'll do my best to make you feel at home and help you make the most of your trip to this beautiful city!
The neighborhood is in the process of gentrification. The working-class and ethnic population is slowly giving way to the hipsters, thankfully the neighborhood remains authentic for the time being.
