Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to the rent, on the commune of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming flat, with a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a balcony. Other remarks: - Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an extra charge of 15e. - Sheets and towels are provided on request from the concierge. Sheets: 15 e / bed; towels: 6 e / person; tea towel: 2 e / unit; bath mat: 3 e / unit. - The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : You will have the opportunity to take advantage of a large number of activities accessible on foot from the flat: walks or bike rides along the coast, walks along the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, casino, visit of the Juno Beach museum...
