Welcome to my beautiful 23 square meter apartment (converted store) located in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, located on the first floor. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideally located near the BATIGNOLLES district, a quiet and family area. Close to the apartment is the Cité des Fleurs. Very good stay :) Professional cleaners prepared and cleaned this home for your arrival, see below for more details. ## Logement Located near Batignolles, the accommodation is pleasant and is composed of a room with a double bed (two single beds stuck together) in souplex, a bathroom and a beautiful living room with a sofa bed to relax after an intense day in Paris. You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay, namely: Television, Elevator, Coffee machine, Microwave, Iron, Hair dryer. The accommodation does not have cooking plates. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers close proximity to shops and restaurants. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!
