Cosy and comfortable flat with a neat decoration. A living room with large windows A well-equipped kitchen with a 2-burner induction hob, a hood, a fridge-freezer and a multifunction oven. A shower room and a separate toilet. A 140cm bed on the mezzanine with a desk area A terrace and a free parking space. Only 1.8km from the beach at La Hume. A cycle track passes in front of the flat. 1.1km from La Hume train station. The district of La Hume is one of the most touristic areas of Gujan Mestras. With its family beach, its marina, its small restaurants on the waterfront, it is good to stroll and take the time to live. With the rhythm of the tides, you can go for a walk, do sports, swim or sunbathe. Picnic areas and playgrounds allow you to take full advantage of the beauty of the landscape. Fed by the Landes canal which flows into the Estey de la Hume, the port of La Hume is a particularly peaceful place to relax. Numerous oyster huts typical of the Arcachon Basin region add to the unique charm of the area. Not to be missed under any circumstances: the coastal path. It starts from the port of La Hume and goes to the port of La Mole, taking you through the 7 ports of the town of Gujan Mestras.
