Nice, cosy and sunny flat, recently redecorated. Less than 5 minutes walk from the railway station, shops and beach. 3rd floor without lift. Our 34m2 flat has a separate kitchen, a bathroom (with a shower), separate toilets, and a large living room. Alcove in the living room with a large bed for 2 (140cm large). And the sofa can be transformed into a bed for 1 children (not suitable for adults). The living room opens on a large balcony. -down-town Arcachon -located 200m from the railway station and 600m from the beach -quiet street -nice furniture and decoration -fully equipped (Nespresso coffee machine, washer/dryer, gas stove, oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, TV, Bluetooth device, fan, iron, ironing table…) -a separate corner in the living room with a large double bed (140cm large) and a wardrobe -a sofa that you can change into bed (120cm large) in the living room for 1 adult or 2 children -a separate kitchen -a balcony over the whole length of the living room -Wi-fi -secured bike storage in the underground of the residence -towels and sheets included
