This newly built Flat is located in a quiet street close to everything you may need. 20 min walk from Disney, 4 min from RER B and 1 station so 2 min from the Disney parcs entrance A spacious 80m² flat+ 60 m² of exterior space, terrasse, balcony, garden awaits you . The bathroom is equipped with a Bathtub, and Ultra modern automated bidet toilet. There is an open kitchen fully equipped with many kitchen tools so you can cook like at home. Underground Parking spots with electric charger.
