Luxury one bedroom spacious, bright and quiet apartment with private garden only 100 metres away from Lake of Annecy. Located in a sought after neighbourhood (Golden Triangle), close to all amenities and only 15 minutes walk to the old town. Secure access and free private parking available on site. The cosy open living room includes a flat screen TV, a stylish double bed convertible sofa and dining area opening to the garden. Enjoy al fresco dining in the private garden. The fully fitted kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bedroom has a king size bed and a fitted closet. Modern en-suite bathroom featuring a rain shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Free Wifi. All linen and towels are provided. Baby cot and high chair available on request.
Annecy is only 40 minutes drive from Geneva airport. 40 minutes from ski resorts in the Massif des Aravis (La Clusaz/Grand-Bornand), 1h from Chamonix or 1h 20 minutes from Megève.
