The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency propose to you to rent, on the commune of Bénodet, this charming flat at less than 100 meters of the beach, with a heated swimming pool with whirlpool/jacuzzi of a surface of 34 m ² and being able to accommodate to 4 travelers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 18 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a south facing terrace. Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you ! The south-facing flat is composed as follows: - An entrance with built-in cupboard. - A living room of 18 m² with TV, double sofa bed and a table for 4 guests. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, nespresso coffee machine... - One bedroom with twin beds and built-in wardrobe. - A bathroom with shower and bath - A separate toilet. A high chair and cot are also available during your stay. Outside : - A shared swimming pool within the residence (heated) with whirlpool/jacuzzi area at no extra cost. - A sauna/hammam at extra cost. Pool and sauna/hammam are 30 metres from the flat. - A private south-facing terrace of about 9 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices will be given to you by our partner. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the concierge.
