Different terraces and balconies, well lit and equipped with deckchairs and sofas, make you want to relax after a swim during the day as much as to meet for an aperitif in the early evening before preparing the large gas barbecue (Weber brand). Different options are available, at an extra cost, of course... Book in advance swimming lessons for adults or children to learn or improve at home. There is the possibility of flowering the house with bouquets. A cleaning service can be done every day or every week in addition to the final cleaning which will be added. A drive can be delivered to you ... Works of art by young artists give a unique touch to this beautiful contemporary house. Our book inside the house proposes activities or service providers such as hairdressers, masseurs or chefs at home... so don't hesitate!

On the first level you live in a living room with dining room of 80 m² and a fully equipped kitchen of 20 m² (coffee filter & Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster, American fridge with its ice machine and a beer machine, an office with sofa bed (160cm) and printer as well as the 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and dressing rooms, two rooms have a comfortable terrace with view on the pool (3 King Size beds and 1 Queen Size bed) On the 2nd level, the 2 bedrooms allow different modulations according to your desires or needs. THE BEDROOM with 4 beds 90/200 cm or 2 beds 180/200 cm and its shower room which can be used by the dormitory or for the pool. THE BLUE ROOM with 1 bed 180/200cm or 2 beds 90/200cm and a beautiful sofa that can be transformed into a 160cm bed. Bathroom with bathtub in the room. All the bedding is new and of very good quality. The garage is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and a shower for the return of fishing and the beach! Plenty of space for your bikes, surfboards or kite surf.
