Villa Cabasse is a splendid holiday home for 10 people, complete with a private pool and air conditioning, located within walking distance of the charming Cabasse, the heart of the Var region in Provence, France. The entire house is practically furnished and equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning. Most spaces are on the ground floor, making the property accessible for individuals with limited mobility. On this floor, you'll find the fully equipped open kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, a dining area, storage, an office with a TV and a double sofa bed, as well as 4 bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room, and a separate bathroom. On the first floor, there is another bedroom with an adjoining shower room. The illuminated private pool (12x6m and 2.3m deep – open from 15/4 to 15/10) is equipped with an electric cover and steps into the pool. There is both a covered and an open terrace with ample garden furniture and loungers. Use the gas barbecue or plancha to prepare a delicious meal. The entire property, including a petanque court, is fenced, covering an area of 2500m2, and offers an exceptional panoramic view of this beautiful region.

Cabasse itself is a picturesque village with narrow streets, old stone houses, and cozy squares, making it a perfect destination for lovers of authentic French village life. There are plenty of delightful restaurants where you can enjoy local specialties. The weekly market with local products is on Tuesday.
