The fine print
Arrivals are from 16:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays. If you plan to arrive outside check-in times, please contact the property a few days before arrival to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
A EUR 59 weekly fee applies per pet (10 € per night in case of short stay). Max 2 pets are authorized.
Please note that bed linen and towels aren't provided, you can bring your own linen or rent them at the property for the following extra charges - Bed linen: 9 €/person - Linen kit (bath sheet, towel, tea towel): 9 €/kit.
For stays of 7 nights or more, the client is responsible for the final cleaning. A fee will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean upon departure. An option "Final cleaning except kitchenette" can be booked with the reception or in advance via the reservation service. Contact the residence directly or the reservation service to know the prices.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
