## The space The house has a capacity of 10 people with its 4 bedrooms including 2 double bedrooms with 1 bed 160 & 1 bed 140 and 2 bedrooms with beds 90. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. A large living room with direct access to the terrace and its balneo pool (2X6), 1 metre deep. The heated swimming pool is available from June to September. The house is bright and pleasant in both summer and winter, with a fireplace to warm you by the fire. Close to all amenities: pharmacy, grocery shop, beach 9 minutes by bike, restaurants etc.. You'll also find a summer kitchen and a plancha available to share convivial moments with friends or family. You can park your car in the street, parking is free and the street is quiet. Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they know how to swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open. ## The neighborhood The Abatilles district extends southwards from the Péreire district to the village of Moulleau. Whatever your favourite sport, it will be easy to find the right place to practice your passion, as there are numerous sports facilities (tennis courts, pelota court, swimming pool, shooting range, golf course, etc.). One of the major attractions of this place is without doubt its setting and the quality of its environment. There is the famous Sainte-Anne des Abatilles spring. Rich in calcium, anti-oxidant and nitrate-free, its water was used for thermal cures from 1925 to 1970. Today, it is still exploited and exported ## Getting around From the station you can take line 3 and get off at Place Maydieu. On foot, 2.2 km is about a 30-minute walk.
