Property info

75 m² of comfortable living awaits you on two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious, light-filled living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. Whether it's breakfast together or a cozy dinner, thanks to state-of-the-art appliances and a large dining table, every cooking evening is a pleasure. On the upper floor, there are three quiet and comfortable bedrooms: a king-size bed (200 x 180 cm) and two queen-size beds (200 x 160 cm), ideal also for children, thanks to the provided safety rail and travel cot for the little ones. A bright bathroom with a bathtub and shower completes the sleeping area. A modern washing machine is also available (located in the garage that belongs to the house). Garden & Outdoor: The 450 m² fenced garden is your private oasis: take a dip in the pool, challenge yourself to a game of “Pétanque” or end the day on the large terrace with a barbecue in the lounge area. There are pool toys and a ping-pong table for the little ones while you relax and enjoy the Provençal sun.

From the quiet second row in a gated community, you can reach the sandy “Plage de la Péguière” beach (1.5 km) and the pebbled “Plage du Fournas” bay (1.2 km) in just a few minutes. A bakery, restaurants, the harbor and a supermarket are within walking distance (about 700 m). The “St-Raphaël-Valescure” train station and the town center are just 1.8 km away. The entrance to the famous “Sentier du Littoral” hiking trail in Saint-Raphaël is just a 15-minute walk away – there you can discover spectacular coastal paths with views of the azure sea, tranquil coves, and the red peaks of the “Esterel Massif”
