Located on the seafront, in the heart of a protected natural area, Les Brisants also boasts an exceptional exterior. It boasts a 750 m2 enclosed landscaped garden with no adjoining buildings, optimally equipped for your comfort: a south-facing terrace with breathtaking ocean views, equipped with a plancha and all the garden furniture you need for meals and relaxation. The villa sits on the dune by the beach, so it has two levels. A 6-step staircase separates the lower level, which faces the garden and the street, from the upper level, which faces the ocean. - The living room and kitchen are located in the upper part of the house. They enjoy magnificent sea views. They give direct access to the terrace and garden. - The ‘bois flotté’ bedroom also has a beautiful sea view and direct access to the terrace. It has plenty of storage space and high-quality 140 cm bedding. - The ‘polished glass’ bedroom is in the lower part of the villa and overlooks the garden. It includes a bathroom with a vanity unit, a spacious shower, a dressing area and a comfortable double bed (140cm). - On the same level, also overlooking the garden, the ‘coquillages’ bedroom also has a dressing room and a double bed. - The 15 m2 mezzanine overlooks the living room and is furnished with 2 single beds. It overlooks the harbour and is child-proof (Plexiglas-lined railings and child-proof door at the top of the stairs). Please note, however, that access is via a very steep miller's ladder, which is not recommended for people with reduced mobility or unaccompanied young children. - The upper level of the house also includes a shower room with vanity unit, walk-in shower and WC, as well as a separate WC with vanity unit. Towels, hand towels, bath mats, hand soap and shower shampoo are provided free of charge. - In the garage, you'll find a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. You can also park a small car or store your bicycles in the garage to take full advantage of the cycle path that passes in front of the house. Parking for 2 additional cars is available in the private driveway in front of the garage.
