Located on the heights of Les Issambres, this 5 * villa has an incredible panoramic sea view over Saint Tropez and its bay (which can be admired from the terrace, swimming pool, living room, bedroom, garden) Very sunny with its south-southwest exposure, this villa of 140 m2 and a plot of 1200 m2 is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The villa can accommodate 8 people with its 4 bedrooms: - the masterbedroom with its double bed, its bathroom and its WC - two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom and a toilet - a 4th independent bedroom (accessible from the garden) of 20 m2 with a double bed, a TV, a bathroom and a WC. With its open kitchen (aesthetic, functional and very well equipped), the living room opens, through a large bay window with brick partition, onto a very large terrace overlooking the bay of Saint Tropez. Since barbecues are now banned in the region to avoid the risk of fire, you will enjoy a superb plancha (much better for your health!)

The terrace overlooks a private swimming pool of 8.5 x 4 meters. The pool is maintained and cleaned weekly and can be made safe for children. The swimming pool is heated from the beginning of March to the end of November (optional, see price below). You can rest in the sun on the sun loungers on the various terraces of the villa or in the shade under a magnificent hut. In the tree-lined garden, you can play boules on the pétanque court and table football. To relax, the villa has an outdoor 5-seater jacuzzi with sea view (works all year round). The jacuzzi is cleaned and maintained weekly by a professional. The water is changed for each new tenant.

This unique villa is located 5 minutes by car from beaches (public and private) and shops. Located on the heights of Issambres, the car is essential. From the villa you can visit the beautiful towns of the region: Sainte Maxime, Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Ramatuelle, Pampelone and its beaches ... You can also visit Saint Tropez 30 minutes by car or by taking advantage of the maritime shuttles that leave from the port of San Peire (5 minutes drive from the villa) and crossing the bay in 20 minutes. TO NOTE: Everything is included in the price except two options: * end of stay cleaning: 35 e per person Sheets and towels (beds made on arrival, towels for the bathroom, towels for the swimming pool, towels for the sauna, foutas for the deckchairs): 35 e per person Both options: - 20% * Heated swimming pool and jacuzzi (from the beginning of March to the end of November): 120 e /week Heated jacuzzi (from the beginning of December to the end of February): 60 e /week TO BE NOTED: A deposit of 800 e will be paid at your arrival by cash or check. it will given you back at your departure during the check out. Dogs are welcome. An extra charge of 50 e will be requested upon your arrival.
