Charming house with exceptional sea view (180 degrees) on the gulf of Ajaccio and the forest of Coti-Chiavari south of Porticcio, Corse. 4 adults 2 to 3 children. Bright house opening onto a large partly covered terrace with beautiful view. Ideally located on a hill 5 minutes from the beaches by car, near a forest with mountain bike trails and climbing wall. Proximity to commerce and restaurants. 3 bedrooms, a living room, a very well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a toilet independent and an independent outdoor shower. Small terrace behind the house with ping pong table. Domestic animals: please contact us.
