Located in Montauban, this 160 m² villa welcomes up to 7 guests in 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and private shower. Upstairs, 3 additional bedrooms offer double beds of various sizes. The villa features a bathroom and a fully equipped private kitchen open to the living and dining area. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a dedicated workspace, and a TV. Outside, relax in a private 600 m² garden with a covered terrace that seats up to 12. The private outdoor pool is 11x3 m, has a constant depth of 1.5 m, and uses saltwater. You’ll also have access to a private barbecue, sun loungers, garden chairs, parasols, and pool games. A cleaning fee is mandatory and must be paid on site to your host. Pets are not allowed.
