## The space Villa Tchanquée is air-conditioned and has 2 bedrooms ( one bed 160 and one bed 140) on the ground floor, one of which has access to a terrace, a shower room, a separate toilet and a large living room opening onto the fully-equipped kitchen for preparing tasty meals. On the 1st floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms with 2 140cm beds and a dormitory-style room for 6 people, a shower room and separate toilet. All bedrooms have storage space for your clothes. The outdoor area features a 6x3m swimming pool, 1.m35 deep throughout, and a roller shutter to close it off (unheated). A large table that can seat 14 people, deckchairs and parasols. The garage is also available if you wish to store your bicycles. There is parking for up to 3 vehicles. Villa compliant with PRM standards. ## Guest access All information will be sent a few days before your arrival. ## Guest interaction AD Conciergerie will be your contact during your stay. ## Other things to note The cleaning service includes the supply of hotel linen: sheet, duvet cover, pillow case, small and large towel, tea towel, bath mat, etc. Villa compliant with PRM standards.
