This is a five bedroom house with nice clean fresh rooms ,all lockable and secure, there is one room with its own bathroom and living room / bedroom done to a good standard then the other room is fresh and clean with wardrobe draws bedside and workstation WiFi is standard and tv with sky also in each room there is a fan in each room for the warm weather and both rooms have a double bed and new mattresses, the kitchen is large with washing machine dryer and dishwasher a farmyard table and chairs . There is a fridge for you to use and a double oven . Out side there is a courtyard garden with a seating area and flowers galore the I’m Andy and will meet you on check in this is a family home and we have two very Friendly Puggles which only stay in the kitchen area and guard the house 😂if you need anything at all you just need to ask and we will find the answer for you so book your stay and we will make it as easy as possible .

I like to meet new people and both me and my wife have a good sense of humour but this is your break and we won’t encroach on your privacy we have Two transfers who are also staying at the property who again are friendly and quiet.

The area is close to all motorways and is situated in Castleford town centre where you can get all you need the train station is 3 minutes walking same for the bus station Leeds is 15 minutes by Train and they run twice an hour there are takeaways cafes and restraints and pubs in town 1 minute walk and we live next door to our local the Castlefields pub where people are Friendly.
