The living areas in the property consist of a sunny kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and a sitting room with TV and Roku firestick, woodburning stove and a selection of books. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, both with ample storage, along with a main bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop, within 0.3 miles you will find a pub and within 1.6 miles you will find the beach, and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 15 Boscaswell Downs is a charming dwelling for a Cornish escape. Note: The dining table can be collapsed for more room. The lovely village of Pendeen is located on the Penwith Peninsula in North West Cornwall, which is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has a few charming taverns, convenience stores, and a pottery/gallery. There's also a magnificent lighthouse set away from the village centre, where you can take in the most breath-taking sea views for miles.
