Please enquire if you wish to bring more than 1 dog - 2 bedrooms – 1 double and 1 twin - 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC - Multi-fuel stove, electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine - Open fire - First basket of logs included from October to March - Electric and electric heating included - Bed linen and towels included, please bring own beach towels - Parking is available in the nearby car parks where charges apply - Beach, shop, and pub/restaurant within walking distance - Smart TV in lounge - Unloading point on the quay in Polruan, luggage will need to be walked along path to cottage. - Please note there are a number of stone steps and slopes to the property - Polruan is a quaint little village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging. - Many of the amenities, ferries and cottages in Polruan are accessed via steps some of which can be steep. Please contact us if you have specific requirements. - There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Polruan do not have private parking. However, there is a large pay and display carpark at the top of the village.
