Note: The parking is located at the rear of the property and there is a back door accessed via an external (covered) staircase at the first floor. Note: This property does not accept children under 10. Please specify ages at the time of booking. From 1st of November until 31st March there is free parking on the seafront in front of the property. There is also free parking overnight all year round, from 6pm until 9am. If you are a blue badge holder you can park on the front all year round. If you wish to use the allocated parking space for the apartment, please be aware that this is an enclosed space requiring care to access and exit. Please be aware this property will accept a maximum of 14 nights.

Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
